S in Burlington

Guy shows up, takes a picture of the washing machine and says he will return to fix it. A week later he shows up with the wrong part. Leaves and doesn't call for days. A week later I get a call saying they were confused by their suppliers website and it wasn't their fault but they can try again in a week if I want, with no guarantees. Absolutely incompetent.
