Initially, I called Yevhen for two issues related to my dishwasher and washing machine and one of his colleges, Ivan, came by to complete the service call. Ivan was able to diagnose the issue with the washing machine without having to spend anything extra on parts or repairs. Ivan even noticed that my dryer vent wasn't connected properly and took the initiative to go to the store the next morning and fixed it himself. There was a small conflict with getting access to my breaker unit for the dishwasher repair but Ivan was still able to get the job done. I'd definitely use these guys again as they were very professional, efficient, and the price that they offered was pretty reasonable in my opinion. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Yevhen and Ivan!

After speaking with over 7 different roofing companies, I am so glad I found Star Moon Roofing!! Although their prices are competitive, one of the main reasons why I chose Star Moon Roofing over their competitors was based on their knowledge and openness to any requests or suggestions, starting from our initial consultation. On the first day of repairs, I was notified of a bad case of mould on one section of my roof and was given the option to leave it or have the wood replaced. Initially, this repair would have raised the budget an extra $2-3k. However, after providing a suggestion on the materials to be used, we were able to knock the price of this repair down to $1,140 - labour included. During the replacement of our roof deck, Joyce's husband and his crew noticed that our bathroom vent wasn't connected to our roof exhaust, which ultimately caused the moulding in our attic. When replacing the roof deck, they were able to reconnect the bathroom exhaust and added an extra metal vent on our roof for the moisture to escape from. The entire job consisted of a roof deck replacement on one side of the roof, brand new shingles on the entire roof, leaf guards, installing 6 roof deck intake vents, an upgrade to our outtake vents, gutter repair, downspout adjustment, and a chimney flue replacement.
