Working with Ann and Michael was an absolute dream. The two biggest concerns for anyone moving is associated to the variable cost of the move and the professionalism of the movers and limited damage. Michael came and provided me with a fixed quote after conducting an in-person review of all the furniture/boxes and the price never fluctuated. The day before the move, I got a phone call to ensure everything was ont track. The movers came, disassembled the pieces that needed disassembly and packed everything into their truck and moved everything into storage. The day they had to move everything back in, I just waited for them at my house and after they arrived, I just pointed them in the right direction to move everything. They moved 2 marble desks and a marble dining table without a scratch which was impressive! I think what differentiated the experience the most for me was their human touch. There were many check-ins from Ann and the movers to keep me up to date with the timing and delivery. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move within GTA!
