Horrible Customer Service. I was told that my home delivery order had left the Montreal warehouse on February 8. Two calls placed by me February 10 and 13 confirmed this. Both times the employee said they would check with head office to confirm and let me know. No return phone calls received. On February 15 I placed another call and was told it hadnt left the warehouse yet but it should be soon.. Also, I ordered a bathtub and full price in early December. In January I noticed it was on sale for $400 less. I called the manager asking for a refund of $400 but because it had left the warehouse (though not yet delivered) she couldnt help me. She also promised to look into this and call me backcrickets. Terrible service I do not recommend.
