David was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough, and it was an easy process to book an appointment. We are purchasing a condo and David examined and considered the building as a whole, including the shared laundry machines and the parking garage. He even noticed a tiny leak on a high ceiling in the garage, which we'll bring to the attention of the strata to avoid damage to the vehicle. During the inspection, David pointed out issues and suggestions as to the best, easiest or cheapest way to fix it. David also considered the work that has been done on the building as a whole and gave me an estimate of what future additional levies may be incurred for upcoming maintenance and repair work - this was so helpful to plan for future levies, when they may occur and what the cost may be. Before leaving, he reiterated the problem areas, and then we received the report which was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend David as your home inspector.
