Very professional. I never felt pressured even when I told Annie that I was talking to two other contractors. Among the contractors I spoke to, Annie stood out in terms of accommodating our lifestyle within her design. I like how she presents her design in 3D and she does it very promptly. The project came in on budget and ahead of schedule by a little more than a week. Worth noting that the crew was very respectful. Very highly recommended.
