Doug was extremely helpful from the moment he reached out. He offered helpful tips and guidance on preparing my place to move, what items I should get for the move, what he could offer me and always answered all my questions/concerns promptly. He and Paul, who was also terrific, showed up to my apartment in advance and highly prepared. They were effective and treated all my things with the utmost respect. They made suggestions regarding caring for my items and the way in which I stored my belonging in storage and clearly leaned on their experience to ensure mine was 10 out of 10. The bonus was they were lovely to spend time with. My dad and I were extremely impressed and will think of both Doug and Paul in future should we need any moving services again. Highly recommend.
