We recently used AllMax for our home inspection. Alan was reasonable, professional and knowledgable. Our new home is quite old and the sellers did not initially tell us about several issues with the home. Alan did a thorough assessment and was able to pinpoint the issues, which ultimately got the sellers to lower their price. We have 2 young kids and a busy schedule and I also really liked that Alan was flexible re: when we needed to meet with him at the new house.
