sales man was not truethfull , re baits all rejected , charged for maintenance plan that never happened and was told they would not return my money , instillation was wrong in so many ways that when I got a repair crew to come to fix it ( I had to get a third party to do this because they finally admitted to not having anybody in my area ) they just shook their heads at how the whole thing was installed. I had purchased a tankless water heater and a ductless AC/heater system. Water heater was installed so low on the wall it needed a pump attached to pump the drainage water up into my laundry tub ( they tried to charge me extra for this even after it was installed months after the heater was installed ) while waiting for that pump they ran a hose across my laundry room floor to a drain. They mounted the AC unit onto concrete blocks they found in my back yard instead of a metal frame ( installed at my cost by second repair crew ) . The sales man ( who they said no longer worked for them when I called to complain ) said the inside units could be put wherever we desired them , but this was false because they had to mount it close to the bathroom so they could drill a hole through my wall to attach the drain hose to my sink's drain pipe. The only problem with the product was it developed a leak in the AC that the parts only was covered by the warranty , so I had to pay for labor and $600 of coolant , that is not right. They never answer their phones anymore because they don't want to deal with me . They said they tried to send me a $500 dollar check in the mail ( to make me happy )last year but it never arrived and I tried to call them to set up an e-transfer but they refuse to return my calls. This are just some of the problems so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
