Started to look for pest control about 2 weeks ago when there was so much noise in the attic that something is/are scratching in there. In fact, we heard animal screaming and saw one walking at our backyard. Troy was the first shop I called. Frankly, initially, he sounded a bit casual and think it is a minor issue (hahaha but it is a serious problem to me). After checking few more places, I have decided to go for Troy eventhough he is not the cheapest (well, I have learnt the cheapest may not be good at all). Reasons why I go for Troy is he is one of the few who is willing to provide his service when there is a lot of snow on my roof (some shops asked me to wait as they do not work when there is snow covered the roof) and he is very very responsive. It has turned out his casualness is a reflection of his solid knowledge and experience about this kind of situation, and all the tricks and minor details he has. very pleased to have him to help us. Quality service and flexible and also a very pleasant person to work with.
