I am extremely happy with the load bearing wall removal job done by Dynamic Wall Removal. I was more suspicious than usual prior to the start of the project because of the lousy experience I had with my previous contractor. My suspicion quickly disappeared after the first few interactions with Raouf. Raouf is very knowledgeable about structural work; he is organized, timely and responsive, qualities that are proving hard to find in contractors these days. He prepared me for what to expect when the job begins, he kept me informed about the status of the materials order. When the job started, Raouf and his crew properly sealed off the work area to prevent dust from spreading to the rest of the house and kept the work area clean at the end of each workday (even my wife made a comment about the cleanliness of the Dynamic Wall Removal crew). After the work is done, the city inspection went well without a glitch. I am very happy that I found Dynamic that is very experienced with structural work, believes in doing the job right and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dynamic Wall for any load bearing wall removal job.
