This review is being written 4 to 5 years after install so what I say will make it easier for you to make a decision. After all everything looks shiny and works great new, however, I am saying my system is still working perfectly many years later. This company comes in the fall and winterizes the system and in the spring to start up the system..... without me calling them. They call me when they have scheduled my area. I was doing some work on my yard and needed a change in the location of the sprinkler. I had forgotten to take this into account and I called them. They said they were at a job, understood the urgency, came and did the change and then came back to get the system going. Now tell me if this is not customer service then what is? Deal with them with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed.
