Lucas was recommended to me by my realtor to help with enlarging a window and adding an additional egress window in our basement. We had some significant challenges with the city by-laws and the unexpected depth of the foundation. Lucas was very up-front and transparent throughout the process and quite easy to get a hold of throughout. When we finally got all the issues sorted with the planning/city. Lucas was quite punctual in getting the work finished. We felt comfortable enough with Lucas to have him in our home and would be happy to work with him again.
