When I called Troy to describe the scratching noises we were hearing within our walls, he arrived to deal with our situation in less than twenty-four hours. An inspection of our roof and attic determined that mice, not squirrels, as we had feared, were our problem. Troy left bait traps in all of the appropriate places and did so promptly and efficiently. In addition, he is one of the nicest service people we have ever dealt with. He really cares about what he does. Highly recommended.
