Really appreciative and thankful for Alex, the technician, who came on Labor Day to check my fridge as it was not cooling properly or fast enough. Then today, I called in the morning, because I was doubting myself as the fridge was working again. As they guarantee the diagnostic for 10 days, Alex was kind enough to come later today and while he was patient with me and checked everything, he was right all along.
