Graham was the furnace technician that came to my home to perform my furnace maintenance check under my Protection Plan. As soon as he entered he put on his mask following my lead, his protective boot covers and he checked my thermostat and told me I should change my batteries. Already on top of everything! I went downstairs after a little while wondering if everything was okay, and it was obvious his longer time was because he was doing an exceptionally through job of checking every little area of my furnace. I have not had a more thorough technician! My service order invoice was so complete and checked off in every category. He took the time to answer my questions about the furnace and his answers were very easy to understand. He obviously was an extremely knowledgeable technician and took great pride in his work for himself and Francis Fuels. He gave me valuable information about my furnace for future use and care. He asked about my air conditioning unit and reminded me about getting it checked as it is under the warranty. He was not pushy at all. A big thank you to Graham who made this homeowner feel that everything was performed to perfection. I would not hesitate to ask for Graham again.
