I also experienced a lengthy delay in receiving bedding and accessories for our daughters nursery. We were quoted 4-6 weeks, when in fact it took 3 months. I also had to phone and leave messages many times to receive feedback on the status of the order. It was only after I requested a refund, that the store was able to give me proper information on when it might arrive. In the end I was unable to decorate my daughters nursery on time. I would not have placed the order had I known that it might take 3 months. We were NEVER given that information. In the end, an employee delivered the purchase to our home. After recently attempting to shop at the store again, I was very disappointed and will shop elsewhere.
