I needed to replace the original (15) windows in my home built in the '70s. I reached for a few quotes from different companies and Alex at Royal View Windows was the most responsive and easiest to deal with [to get a quote]. He explained where double and triple glazing would or wouldn't work, helped me make a decision, and priced up very quickly. I am in the middle of a basement renovation so had a request to replace one basement window with an exit window as soon as possible (in December!) and Alex sourced a window and scheduled a crew to come in, remove a few tonnes of earth, and fit the new window with only a few weeks notice. Not only did the demo and fitting crews finish the job in less than a day, Alex said that no payment was necessary until the whole contracted job was done. So, maybe a month passes while the windows are custom made, and Alex contacts me to say they are ready to install, well over a month early. The crew arrives to fit the other 14 windows and I can only describe them as absolute professionals. They completed all window installations over a day earlier than expected, and every single window was perfectly installed, and they left no mess and made every effort not to disrupt my work schedule. The windows are so good I need to immediately recondition my external timber detailing! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring residential window installation without hesitation. Exemplary service all around.
