I had a heating unit malfunction in a condo on Saturday morning. Spent the better part of my morning trying to find someone to help despite sitting in a unit that's 33C while it's -11C outside. Finally was referred to Ken by a friend that's used the service before, super speedy and professional, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, had the parts ready to go, and fixed it within 30 minutes.
