Our Samsung refrigerator started breaking down. It is only 2 1/2 years old!!! Several repair companies refused to service a Samsung. Samsung company say they were sending technicians who never showed up! Hardik didn't hesitate and promptly showed up. He is very honest and explained Samsung's design flaw. He didn't pressure us but instead told us to think about our decision to fix the issue or replace the refrigerator. We called him back...he came and fixed it. We are thrilled!!
