Installed Furnace in Oct 2022 but the furance broke down today (Jan 10, 2023). The technician told me that the fan was broken down and need to replace it. So disapointed. Jan 11, 2023@4;23PM I called to their office in the morning and checked the parts (fan) delivery status. Their reply was "don't know". I really don't understand it. The furnace I purchased 4 months ago is not an old model that the parts shouldn't be that hard to find. Solidcare can arrange installing a new furnance within 24 hours but cannot repair a NEW furnace within 24 hours???? It is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I believe my family, with 80+ old man and kids, has to stay in a freezing home for another night. Thanks Solidcare.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize about the unit having a defective part and did not function properly. Your feedback means a lot to us. This will help us bring the matter to the manufacturer and make them aware of these types of issues.
We tried to service and change the part on the same day. However, the part was not available at the local supplier, the part had to be shipped from a different location. We are glad we could get the part the following day and helped changing the faulty part out. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
