Ordered firewood. Came as scheduled. Top layer of bag was topped with great stuff, under that was a messy mix of dirty wood, soil and off pieces from the splitting process. Looks like the bag was filled by a front loader that scraped the ground picking up whatever. WASTE OF $200+. Pictures of what was left after having to sift through the bag. ***Problem rectified*** I was contacted by Matt in regards to this situation. He assured me that this is not how they supply wood, and would further look into how this happened. I was offered compensation and an apology. I am changing my review rating to a 4 star due to the fact that an owner/operator contacted me to do a follow up and make things right! Don't see that much these days!
