I am a returning customer of Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning, and this time I reached out to them for a tankless water heater. In 2022, we had a furnace installed by Convertible and were extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Without any second thoughts, I contacted them again for a tankless system. Chris came over to do an inspection and understand our needs. He recommended a smart AI-powered Rinnai RXP system, which perfectly met my requirements, especially since I wanted to access the system on my phone. Ali and his team did a fantastic job during the installation. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer service are top-notch!

We purchased our carrier high efficiency furnace + generale humidifier and installed thru Convertible. Fabulous customer experience right from initial call thru installation day. Marnie consulted me on my needs and the technicians Ali and Muhammad did a fab job with installation. I would highly recommend them for your Hvac needs. Great job team.
