Had to book a move a little last minute (a week before Jan 2nd). Anna was very professional and speedy in walking me through the estimation process, and talking me through what to expect. On the day of, the movers (Ricardo and Steve) were very quick and efficient with the move, and treated my belongings with care. It made a very stressful time much easier. The follow up was appreciated as well. If moving into a storage locker, I would suggest not booking your storage locker until you have spoken with Anna, as she will be able to suggest one that the storage truck can access easily.
