Have helped, supported, and taken care of our furnace needs for years (installation, servicing, replacing motor & replacing faulty motor & dealing directly with Carrier company. Its been a pleasure to deal with Jin, who has been a true professional and god-send on many calls. He has consistently gone above and beyond, especially during the Christmas holidays this year (when they were crazy busy, but despite that, Jim helped us with our motor replacement and new thermometer, and made us feel respected and important!
