This was a complete surprise. We did a move with Trillium a few months back and for delivery after some storage time. I was so busy with moving that I forgot to email the company on time. I then sent my rep an email about the few broken pieces and even though I was late is submitting a claim they still took care of me. I relieved a cheque 2 days ago and it was a complete surprise. The few damaged pieces were not really a big deal for us but we appreciated the follow up. They called emailed. My rep was Kate and the claims manager was Lisa.
