I engaged Ephraim to fix two blinds that would not respond to the remote control. He quickly diagnosed the problem--one burned-out motor and one broken internal cord. He called Hunter Douglas for the parts, which were shipped, and then performed the necessary work. The blinds are now perfect, probably better than they have been in years. His skills are clearly superior and he knows his way around. I never could have gotten the right parts from Hunter Douglas on my own. He is also efficient and was accommodating to our schedule here. The work was very neat and he cleaned up well. I thought his charge to be fair. In short, I'm not sure you could do better if you need work on blinds.
