I engaged Dinno to help design my Ikea kitchen and do the installation including some customizations we wanted that Ikea couldn't accommodate (a shallow side cabinet, and a bookshelf in the end of our island). He spent a LOT of time both in person and on the phone understanding what I wanted and working out the plan. When it came time for the install, he was very flexible even though our schedule got sidetracked by the demolition being done by others. Dinno and his helper put our entire kitchen together and installed it in unbelievable time. Additionally, Dinno was able to provide us a good price on a countertop through his network, and the result is just beautiful. Dinno charged very fairly for a high quality of work, and made a minor cosmetic issue right for us, ensuring we were satisfied. One thing to note is that it will be the owner's responsibility for cleanup and disposal, however I was happy to take care of those things myself. Dinno has tremendous experience and was able to provide good recommendations on details of the design and implementation, however I also recommend doing your research and knowing what you want so that he can make your vision come true. In addition to be completely experienced in everything Ikea and installation, he was very kind and lovely to work with, I would definitely recommend him for any Ikea-related installation, especially kitchens.

We worked with Elaine (over many months, she was very patient with us!) to evaluate the possibility of replacing our kitchen cabinet fronts and countertop along with renovating a second bathroom (the 1st we renovated with Foson a year prior, with good results). We ultimately ended up using Foson for a kitchen countertop, which turned out GORGEOUS and completely upgraded the look of our kitchen in our downtown TO condo, as well as a custom vanity and countertop for the bathroom. While Foson does all installation of their own counters and vanities, we had the rest of the work done by our own contractors as we found their price more competitive for that additional scope. However, for the products and services that were provided by Foson, Elaine worked with us to find solutions that fit in our budget and did a great job expediting things to accommodate specific deadlines we had. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality and look of our Foson counters and cabinets and I would recommend without hesitation to others.

Foson was recommended to us by a friend who has done multiple renos with them. Elaine worked very patiently with me to build a design that meets our needs and provided helpful information that I wouldn't have known as a renovation newbie. She also worked with us to accommodate our budget. The cabinets and countertop came out exactly as planned, and it was great to have the option of funneling all the installation through Foson if we wanted to (we chose to, rather than deal with finding different trades for the lighting, toilet, floor, etc ourselves and coordinating installation). This made it really convenient. I just had to buy the supplementary materials, which I liked having control over (toilet, tile, grout, mirror, light fixture). Elaine was great on iterating our design until it was just what we wanted. The install team of Tony and colleague were really detailed and good at their work as well as being friendly and communicative. The only downside is that we had to wait a few months for availability of the installers after we had finalized the design. Overall we found Foson a good value for the money and we would work with them again.
