I ordered a bedroom set in November, paid a deposit and was told that I would recieve it in time for when I moved into my new home in January. January came and no call so I followed up and they said yes, it was in and scheduled delivery and made me pay the full amount. Delivery men came (4 hours late of course) and there were only 2 night tables, no bed. Apparently the bed was damaged. I refuse delivery of the tables saying I want everything at once. Afterwards no one calls me so I follow-up and keep getting different stories. It's in the warehouse they just can't find it..... they receievd the bed damaged, and have ordered a new one.... the new bed in stuck at the border..... etc. Glen was particularily bad would always promise to call and never did. They even offered me loaner furniture.... but delivered it to my old address. That was the last straw, after calling twice a week for 2 months trying to get a straight answer and never getting one, I called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. A week after I did get a call from Glen... of course I didn't answer or call back. Such bad customer service doesn't deserve my business. Buyer beware... once they sell you the item don't expect to see it on time or get the time of day. They just don't care.
