had to be the coldest night of the year and my furnace stopped working, I could feel the air coming out of the vents but it was cold, it was around 10pm, phoned some local company's, Northwest Gas was the only one to phone me back, we set up a time , they showed up on time, repaired my furnace, and the charge of repair was reasonable, I will use them in the future
