We are repeat customers of Decorium. They sell quality, and in our experience they are faultless in customer service. Many thanks to Danny (delivery team-lead) for planning and finding a way to fit a very bulky desk through a door that was larger by only 0.25 inch than the desk itself. It was like an action movie where work needs to be done on the space shuttle, and you have only one try, from only one angle. Many thanks to Mary Beth, Jack and Fil for their infinite patience and customer service, as we went back-and-forth several times, trying to buy something that would hardly fit through the door. In the end it was a success story, as the desk was delivered and graciously placed in its place. We love the result.
