Here is a surprise: A glossy presentation from a smooth talking salesman, and a very (less than) matt result. That simply means that we ended up with a result that was worth less than charged. It took two complete months and a lot of aggravation to get the job of kitchen cabinets resurfacing done. In addition, how about having to argue (almost violently) with the owner; who demanded full payment for an error filled and INCOMPLETE job. If you do not want a lot of aggravation, bad workmanship, etc., etc. avoid this company. Many companies do the same work. I had since contacted some of them. We are thankful to now be rid of them. The problem was diagnosed in minutes. The part was ordered, and installed next day. This was an 11 year old Whirlpool washer; that usually runs very well. The tech/mechanic was transparent about everything, including showing me the damaged product. And, get a load of this: Before he pusher the washer back into place, he swept the dust and door from the floor. Wow!
