Renovation was completed in March 2022. By November, a shelf has fallen off and caulking coming off at the seams between floor and wall. Reached out and no one was responding. I wrote a review on google and voila! I got an immediate response since they work hard to protect reviews. I gave them a chance and removed my review. It has been one month and no one has come to fix it when they claim they have the best warranty. Scheduling a repair has been a nightmare and they wont work with your availability.
