We are more than pleased with the professionalism, trustworthiness, passion, knowledge, & quality of work with both our renovations. My husband & I both have extremely high expectations and Avonlea delivered on all fronts: - the jobsite was kept very clean & tidy with all tools & materials piled neatly in one corner of the house/room; quite frankly, at the end of the day, when we returned home, you wouldn't even have known they were in the house at all. - the crew was very polite and friendly - the jobs were well thought out and on-time; the only hold-ups were on our part not Avonlea's (making decisions on finishings, waiting for backorders to arrive, etc.). - the renos. came in on budget (except when we added to the project list!) - although we engaged a designer at the getgo, we scrapped those design plans after speaking with Avonlea about the 2 projects and started from scratch given Avonlea had a lot of design sensibility of their own and since there were so many intricacies with the projects - the financials were kept in excellent order and we had a running tally at all times from Avonlea of what the project was costing We have since referred Avonlea to 4 separate parties who are doing kitchen renovations and we will continue to recommend them.

What could this company do to improve their services?
I can't think of anything they could improve upon, to be honest. As per the title of this review, Avonlea is 'top-notch'.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If at all possible, don't live in the home at the time of demolition & building back up. Although Avonlea took measures to control the dust, it really isn't controllable and there was dust everywhere for a number of weeks. Also, make sure you have all your finishings/materials chosen on time/ahead of time. This will make the project go much smoother for Avonlea & yourselves.
