Mark seem approachable and professional. Then his work went downhill after he start doing the work on our tub. He texted pictures of brand new tub chipped. When they made frame there was no chips which I show pictures below. The tall faucet from Moen was installed not flushed. Mark said it was because the valve was too tall. Yet Moen sells this valves specifically for this tall faucet and they said they never had issues. Plumber admitted he broke cartridge as well as he said space was tight. Other plumber saw job and pointed that faucets were loose, not centered and since cartridge was broken the removable faucet leaked. During that same time, Mark drop hard glue on the 2 day cement and 2 day door. He texted he will come on a week to clean then he said he was too busy and offer $50 dollar for me to buy product and for me to clean it; how is that professional? $50 does not cover damages. Have included text where he choses multiple times to not come back to fix issues. Also mentioned that cartridge was here and that installation was done poorly but he said too busy and would not come back. The shower part should not be plastic. Unfortunately, a nightmare to deal with. Tub cost us over $7,000 and work he did on it was extremely poor leaving damage to brand new tub, brand new floors and door. He was not careful to bring blankets to protect our property. Also would not provide updated invoice. The deal was also for him to completely install a shower, a bath tub faucets, and a double vanity. He did the rough in and very poor rough in for shower and tubs that we have to have re done. He never finished installing the faucets at the end. The chips on brand new tub which he did by jigging with tub cannot be repaired. Horrible experience!
