The designer, Carolina worked closely with my daughter to provide practical solutions for utilizing the limited space more effectively. She worked tirelessly, offering various options for the kitchen layout, and was extremely patient throughout the process. Carolina was also very helpful, understanding our constraints while providing reasonable and creative suggestions. When we visited Lucvaas office to finalize the quote and explore options for cabinet designs, colors, countertops, and more, the team was incredibly welcoming. The President of Lucvaa was very down-to-earth and even gave us a tour of the warehouse, explaining the cabinet-making process in detail. My daughter was thoroughly impressed, which solidified our decision to proceed with Lucvaa for the kitchen cabinets. Due to other commitments, we needed to postpone the kitchen renovations. Lucvaa was very understanding and assured us that we could notify them 56 weeks in advance once we finalized the renovation date. During this time, Carolina went on maternity leave, and the project was seamlessly transferred to Aze. Aze communicated schedules and timelines well in advance and was very accommodating to our preferred The delivery and installation dates were met punctually, with no delays. The work quality was outstanding, and the execution was flawless. I must also highlight that Lucvaa prioritizes customer satisfaction over business profit. A testament to this is their willingness to modify the bottom of a hallway cabinet to match the living area's paint color upon my request after installation.
