Location Ontario to UK (self funded)
All companies seem to have some negative reviews so picking one seems a bit like roulette, especially when all quotes are in the same ballpark. What I experienced with Orbit - move coordinator was very good, received prompt answers to all my (various/silly) questions. - packers were great, fast, efficient, polite and personable - all packing materials were new, no reuse old boxes etc - shipment arrived complete and with no damage/breakage Overall good experience with Orbit. The only thing that could have been an issue and cost me more than expected/quoted was on the UK side, I was lucky that I was able to receive the shipment earlier than expected, otherwise I would have incurred unexpected storage charges
