Richard (our first point of contact) is a very knowledgeable person and provided excellent options to choose from for our windows and doors. Never once made us feel pressured in our decision making, and kept us in the loop on the status of our order and installation times. Richard and his colleague Steve are very professional in making sure the process is done correctly without any shortcuts. Alex and Edward (the installers) were very professional in ensuring the installation is done safely and were very communicative when any questions were asked.
