Distinct Heating always provides professional, and, sometimes, same day service, when I need it. Yesterday my furnace wasn't staying on long enough to heat the house properly. This was an issue that occurred late last winter and at the time the solution was to replace the pressure switch. I called yesterday morning and a few hours later Ed, my regular technician, came out and reran the diagnostics. Turns out the switch wasn't working quite as precisely as it needed to. Ed replaced it with a new switch at no cost to me. Thanks Ed for your usual great work and thanks Nate for getting Ed out to help me so quickly - I appreciate the two of you making me a priority and giving me such exceptional customer service. You guys are the best!
