Great service! I was having trouble finding a specific washer and dryer on Vancouver Island. I was being quoted dates in 2023 for delivery. I called Bens Appliances and was helped by both Russ and Matt who found exactly what I needed. It took 2 days, but they stayed in touch with me and in the end I got the exact machines I wanted, the conversion kit I needed, delivery to Parksville for a reasonable price, AND 3 weeks for delivery rather than several months. I am very happy and would certainly recommend Bens Appliances! Thanks guys!
