We recently bought our very first home here in Oshawa. With the market being crazy we were forced to drop inspection conditions despite our better judgment to get our new home. Brad came about 1 week after we closed. We had already noticed quite a few issues during that week while cleaning so we were fearful of what else he would find. Brad was on time and prompt. He encouraged us to accompany him during his inpection. We really enjoyed this part as it was a first glance at what he was looking at before reviewing the whole report. This also gave us ample oportunity to ask questions and bring us concerns. Brad was well spoken, polite, personable and realistc during the entire inspection. The report was ready less than 24hrs later and was very detailed but also very easy to read and review. Brad has also guaranteed to conitnue to provide support if we have any questions in the future with the report. We order the full home inspection and added on the Sewer inspection for an additional cost. We are very happy with the service we received. We think it was priced adequately and performed impecably. 10/10 highly recomend
