We received notice that our new furniture would be delivered 6 weeks earlier than expected. I wasn't ready! I am so grateful that I found Triumph. Eric was understanding and helpful from the first phone call. He arranged for a crew to come within 3 days. We chose to strip the wallpaper ahead of time, but ran into a couple of quite unpleasant surprises. Eric responded quickly and helpfully to both situations. The crew were equally helpful. They: *dealt with the mould that had been hiding under the paper, *sanded the last bits of goop that were left behind after we had scraped for 3 hours, *fixed a crack that had also been hiding, *fixed a number of spots where the wall was damaged during the stripping and scraping sessions the day before *primed and painted 2 coats on the room more neatly than anyone I have ever had painting with or for me *helped us move furniture out to the garbage *tidied up, INCLUDING mopping the floor, and THEN noticed that the passage into the room hadn't been painted, so did that too! The service was well above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Triumph Team!!!
