We have been trying to get our new door repaired for over a year now. We have sent emails, called, contacted head office and all we get is promises to look into! Worst customer service ever! Picture below shows screws that went right through the door frame, back to front when replacing the first door frame that was irreparable. Now our glass is leaking and fogged during the winter. We are at the point now, either repair, replace or refund! Fed up!
