I placed an order for home energy inspection on 4 Oct 2022. Tech came around on 5th OCT (I was impressed) Technician did a great job of inspecting everything including air leaks in the house and informed me that I would receive the report of their recommendations in 7 to 10 business days, via email I have left them numerous text messages, emails and phone messages to get the feed back report of their recommendations. There is absolute silence. I am now thinking the company does NOT care and my $400 was a waste (without the report, I cannot make meaningful changes to the energy leaks) Yours Frustrated, Saif I am now thinking,
