Brenda was our design consultant and we were very satisfied with the advice and guidance she provided in designing our home office. She kept our budget in mind and truly worked in our best interest. She understood our needs and presented great design options for our project. She is honest, punctual and professional. The price we paid for design was included along with the renovation services.
Gani and his team did a great job installing our granite countertop. Great service, great product, reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for any granite countertop needs. Since our install, he has serviced a number of our family and friends.
It was Sunday morning and we found a mouse in our house. We called 2 other companies before calling Pesticon; not only was their fee much higher, but they said "a technician will call you Monday morning to schedule an appointment". Not willing to wait, we called Pesticon after reading great reviews. Even though he was busy that day, Mr Ahmed saw the priority and accomodated us; he showed up at our door within 30 minutes! He did a fantastic job, caught the mouse, educated us quite a bit on all the "entry points" in the home, and assured us that our problem had been solved and that he would gladly come back if there were any issues. It has been 3 weeks since the service and no sight of mice! Thank you Mr Ahmed for all of your help, we will gladly recommend his services to anyone interested.
We had a leak in our basement stemming from our kitchen piping upstairs, which resulted in extensive damage to our partly finished basement. The existing carpet and laminate tiles had to be replaced, along with much of the drywall that was already damaged by the water. I was given Dane's reference and contacted him for an estimate after two other contractors came by to provide estimates as well. By far, Dane was much more reasonable and professional. He listened to my needs and did not try to "upsell" me as I have found many contractors try to do. In addition to the immediate job at hand, he gave me great suggestions for improvement and he made the job fit within my budget. His workmanship is very clean; he takes his time and pride in his work and it shows. I will be getting other work done in the home in the future and will definitely be contacting Dane.
