Good quality-price and delivery within the set time. Employees in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Went the extra way to help me make my final decision. Should my family and friends live in this area, I would 'very likely' recommend this company to them.
I am reviewing Ceasar's Plumbing & Heating Ltd. from 2508 Old Hwy 17/ Rockland, Ottawa, ON, K4K 1K7 613-446-1010 Our bath/shower fawcett went dead at the same time as a lot of people's pipes were freezing. We called Ceasar's and even with the number of calls that they had to do they found time to accommodate us. It is not the first time that they help us out. Very professional, always. A bit expensive but I guess good expertise has its price. Will probably be calling them again, just hoping it won't be for an emergency situation this time.
We have been living in our house for over 21 years. The house had been renovated before we bought it. The heating system had already been changed from oil to electric with the good old baseboards. After so many years we thought it would be time to modernize so, we contacted Mr. Duquette. He came to give us an estimate and took the time to explain the different models of convectors that existed and their efficiency vs the baseboards. We still wanted the change. They were here when they were supposed to. Mrs. Duquette came to get everything and everyone organized. After his departure, his staff was very professional. We only have a crawling space basement. They took the time to bring in a separate pair of boots for the basement and for the house. The experience was noticeable. The price was right and it was done in the required delays.
