Bought major appliances, and 2 king sets and 1 queen set Jan 2013. Nothing was delivered at once, always missing some pieces. Paid for setup fee, delivery guys refused to setup. I requested refund, no money refunded as of today. Hardwood floor was damaged by delivery guy, sent pic to customer service, no response. The queen set was a pain in the butt too, the side rails were delivered 2 months ago, and headboard and footboard came 3 weeks ago, and they DON'T fit. Called again to have a technician come over and take a look, been 3 weeks, no one contacted me. Called again yesterday, promised someone would call me back the same day, still no one contacted me. This is a seriously bad experience for me!! Good job, BAD BOY!!
