My fridge was leaking and flooding my hardwood floors. Two men came to my home to diagnose the problem and it was their professional opinion that the water was soaking the floor from the pipes beneath the floor and it was a plumber I needed. There were no pipes spraying or splashing. Not only did these guys not know about appliances but they dont seem to know anything about gravity either. They charged me $80 for Diagnosing the problem. Needless to say I need to get somebody else in to diagnose and fix the water system in the fridge.
