Professional, punctual( showed up when he said he would) and reasonably priced. Having had issues with other projects where contractors dont show up when they say they will, I truly appreciated the time Mike took to communicate everything in writing. Mike recommended parging in certain areas where the exterior concrete was falling apart. Job got done and looks good so far.
