Excelsior was great to deal with! In a pinch we required home measurements with additional drawings with the proposed changes converting the basement to a legal suite. Not only did they set up the appointment quickly, but they also handled all the required building permit documentation and submitted to the Township of Langley on our behalf. The process was streamlined and efficient. We will definitely be using their services for all our jobs moving forward. Would highly recommend!
